Good garden design welcomes the review of the living and ever changing entity - the garden.

The “garden improvement” project in Broome was to enhance the existing resort gardens, using lush foliage and natural materials to draw the eye to focal points.  Ayus Botanical’s vision was to soften hard surfaces with link planting and advanced trees providing shade in the unforgiving Kimberley heat.

The unpredictability of the seasons in the far north is challenging to garden design.  Yet when nature instantly comes alive with the arrival of the wet season, the garden responds with gratitude.  The privilege for Ayus Botanical is to then select plant species & varieties that flourish in such an environment.
